A well-applied T-WRAP should feel comfortable and last up to 14 days. To ensure the best experience for your customers follow the step-by-step guide below and watch the video.
1. Open the movable locking mechanism.
2. Put the hook through the metal tube at the top of the T-WRAP.
3. Part the customers hair and choose a section of hair thick enough to be pulled through the metal tube. Make sure it is not too thick to be pulled through but not so thin that the hair will break from the weight and daily wear.
Choosing a good placement is the most important thing; if the T-WRAP is placed up at the front of the forehead, the customer will get annoyed with it fast. If it is placed to far in the back they cannot see it.
The ideal placement should be so the finished T-WRAP hangs on the side of the head approximately by the ear.
4. Twist the section of hair between your fingers to make it solid, so it does not easily split when you work with the hair.
5. Hook the section of hair and close the locking mechanism.
6. Keep the tension of the rolled up section of hair while you gently pull the hair through the metal tube.
7. Let the hair untwist and make sure the metal tube is turned so the shiny metal is facing down towards the customers head and the colourful strings are on top. This will make the end result much more beautiful and seamless.
8. Make sure there are 2-3 cm of hair between the metal tube and the customers scalp. This will ensure that the T-WRAP is pleasant to wear and does not pinch.
9. Use the pliers to flatten the metal tube. To ensure a longer lasting result use the corner of the pliers along the edge of the flat metal tube to make little triangle-shaped pinches.
10. In case of removal use a small pair of pliers and squeeze the opposite direction.
